Williams BMW Rochdale has been named the best BMW retailer in the UK after winning two awards.

The business scooped both the regional and national accolades at a virtual ceremony attended by BMW retailers from across the country all eager for recognition for offering industry leading experience for BMW customers.

Owen Duncan, Head of Business at Williams Rochdale, said: “The entire team – from our service technicians and parts managers through to the sales team who look after customers every step of the way on their buying journey with us – are the winners.

“It is wonderful to pay tribute to the hard work of everyone across the team to celebrate their passion, dedication and talent.”

Criteria included service, product knowledge customer satisfaction and sales success of both new and approved used BMW.  The Rochdale team scored highly across the board and Managing Director, Guy Adams, attributes the spectacular double win to the continued hard work and passion of the loyal team.

He said: “These awards acknowledge the high standard of service, the passion for the brand and the commitment to customers that have been recognised locally for many years.

“I am proud the team has picked up these coveted awards which acknowledge the hard work undertaken to achieve excellence for our customers across all parts of the business.”
