Rochdale's very own Zen Internet has once again been named Best Broadband ISP by PC Pro magazine. This marks the 21st consecutive year the broadband provider has earned the prestigious title, a win that Zen describes as feeling “just as meaningful as the last.”
The recognition is based on high praise from customers who emphasised Zen’s reliability, excellent customer service, and overall value.
One survey respondent described Zen as “so much better in every way than any of our many previous providers,” while another noted simply that Zen is “so easy to deal with,” echoing the high regard for the Rochdale firm’s user-friendly approach.
Zen attributes its success to a strong commitment to customers, a philosophy that has placed them consistently ahead of competitors.
The company’s customer-first approach has resonated strongly with PC Pro readers, who rated Zen highly in all key categories, including reliability, customer support, value, speed, and willingness to renew. Remarkably, Zen was the only provider to receive over 90% in any of these categories – and managed to surpass that benchmark in every one of them.
Zen’s long-standing commitment to customer satisfaction extends to its investments in future-ready services and sustainability.
Recently, Zen launched its fastest broadband speeds to date, aiming to support customers with enhanced gaming, streaming, and remote working capabilities.
As part of its commitment to sustainability, Zen has pledged to reach Net Zero by 2040 and has maintained its B Corp certification, a mark of its dedication to environmental and social responsibility.
The company’s focus on sustainable growth and innovation has further cemented its reputation as a responsible and forward-thinking business in Rochdale and beyond.
The Rochdale based company expressed gratitude for the support of its customers, crediting them as the foundation of the company’s ongoing success.
For Rochdale, Zen’s success brings a spotlight to the local area’s contributions to the UK’s digital landscape. Zen’s commitment to quality and sustainability reflects not only in its product but also in its pride in Rochdale’s role in supporting a customer-focused, innovative, and responsible British business.
