Thought hair damage was irreversible? Think again with Olaplex

Date published: 18 October 2016

Stephen Harrison, at Stephen Paul Hair, worked at the original Razors Edge in Rochdale and has over 35 years of experience in both colouring and precision haircuts, offering an approachable and friendly service.

One of the original members of the Razors Edge team Stephen worked there for 8 years.

Stephen said: “Olaplex can be used in conjunction with colour to prevent damage to the hair, or as a standalone treatment.

Derived from stem cell research, Olaplex immediately begins to rebuild hair after just one use.

Olaplex is free of silicones, oils, aldehydes and parabens.

Treatments No. 1 and No. 2 are carried out in a salon with treatment No. 3 available to take away and use at home. The salon treatment costs just £25 for a single session without colour, or £15-£20 more than your usual colour price, depending on hair length.

The treatment is recommended by Kim Kardashian, who claims to sleep with Olaplex No. 3 in her hair.

Olaplex can also work in conjunction with other treatments, such as the Kerastraight treatment, which is also offered by Stephen for £140.

Kerastraight is formaldehyde-free and is only offered in Rochdale by Stephen.

‎Judy Yung‎ said: "Thanks for the amazing Olaplex treatment yesterday Stephen. My hair feels amazing.

"It's nice to know a hairdresser who knows so much about hair and is willing to give you hints and tips as well as give you what you envision in your mind.

"Great service and great hairdresser. I will definitely recommend without a doubt."
