100% funding available for employers

Rochdale Training has good news for employers - 100% funding is back for work forces.

Two new fully funding pots are available to train the workforce for NVQ/Diploma qualifications.

All training is delivered on site with minimal disruption to the workplace.

Route 1

The employee is eligible if they earn less than £15,736 per year, which is equal to £8.07 per hour.

This includes level 2 qualifications.

Employees can be any age and even have a degree.

The employer can be small, medium or large.

This won’t affect your levy account, if you have one.

HR /Learning & Development/Recruitment              

• Recruitment Level 2
• Supporting Teaching & Learning In Schools Level 2

All training will come with support every step of the way from a Rochdale Training tutor. 

Training can help to increase skill levels and productivity, motivate and engage staff while improving employee retention.

This training will boost business growth by enhancing and developing the skills of the workforce.

The training can be for new employees with little experience or experienced employees who have several years’ experience who need new skills or refresher training.
