With the launch of Rochdale’s very first online cash and carry on 17 March, shoppers can save 10% on all purchases in the first seven days.

ZamZam, which will open its physical Milkstone Road store on Wednesday 17 March, is the only cash and carry in Rochdale to offer an online service with free delivery within 24 hours, plus a click-and-collect service.

Housed across a spacious 5,000 square foot area, ZamZam offers more products than anywhere else in town, and stocks a diverse range of products for all communities including Middle Eastern and Afro-Caribbean. With a focus on Halal food, ZamZam stocks regional product ranges for all, including but not limited to, grocery, bakery, meat (Halal only), frozen foods, food boxes, household items, plus hair and beauty.

ZamZam specialises in helping customers purchase in bulk and encourages this with special discounts for buying bulk grocery items, meat, fruit and vegetables.

Starting with Rochdale, ZamZam plans to expand its free delivery further afield, part of its commitment to providing the best possible customer service. It also offers an instore click-and-collect service so you can pick up your shopping with ease if you’re already in town.

ZamZam is founded by Mudassar Khan, after feeling the need for a modern cash and carry. Mudassar has more than 20 years’ experience in the management and execution of retail in different sectors and across different countries.

He said: “ZamZam stocks a larger range of products than any other cash and carry in town.

“ZamZam has a long history of association with the Muslim community worldwide. It is an indication of a sacrifice for a greater cause, and ZamZam cash and carry intends to bring a better service without compromising on the quality of the services and products.

“We are committed to deliver within 24 hours from the time of ordering.”

ZamZam also has 36 parking places, the largest in town for similar supermarkets, with both a front and back entrance, plus trolly provision comparable to big-name supermarkets.

All payment methods are accepted – cash, card, contactless – with phone payments coming soon.

ZamZam is open from 8am to 10pm and is found at 15-19 Milkstone Road, OL11 1ED.
