Milnrow Band in Concert at Shaw Playhouse 2
In addition to claiming the All England Masters Brass Band Champions title at Kettering recently
Milnrow Band is to appear in further contests, competing against top bands from around the UK in 2017:
- 165th British Open Brass Band Championships at Symphony Hall Birmingham on 9 September 2017
- National Brass Band Championship Finals at the Royal Albert Hall London on 14 October 2017
- Rochdale Festival of Brass Contest at Rochdale Town Hall on 29 October 2017
Ken Watts, Band President said: “Milnrow Band will be in concert at Boarshurst Band Club on Sunday 18 June 2017 and will perform a combined concert with Whitworth Vale and Healey Band at The Riverside, Whitworth on Sunday 16 July 2017, in aid of band funds towards the finals appearance at Albert Hall London in October.”
