Beech House School

The Friends of Beech House held a Pumpkin competition. The standard was high, and the winners were judged to be:

Seniors

1st - Holly Gaucas
2nd - Dylan Gaucas & Harry Ashton (Joint)
3rd - Sophie Wilkinson
Runner Up - Brandon Stephens

Upper Prep

1st - Pheobe Stephens
2nd - Anais Aston
3rd - Charlotte Mills & Yumna Rana (Joint)

Lower Prep

1st - Avalee Sullivan-Manders
2nd- Fatima Afzal
3rd- Tyler Mhizha

Eight children from Year 3 and Year 4 were asked to represent Beech House School in an indoor athletics event against five other primary schools. Although, were still waiting on the field event, and overall results, we know of the result of the track events: 

  • 1 lap girls relay – Jasmine Salman and Hafsa Ahmed – 5th place
  • 1 lap boys relay – Cristiano Bernales and Maxwell White – 5th place
  • 2 lap girls relay – Lauren El-Hage and Camilla Zebedee Howard – 3rd place
  • 2 lap boys relay – Saud Tabassam and Christian Cullen – 4th place
  • 1 lap girls team relay – Jasmine Salman, Hafsa Ahmed, Lauren El-Hage, Camilla Zebedee-Howard – 6th place
  • 1 lap boys team relay – Christian Cullen, Maxwell White, Cristiano Bernales, Saud Tabassam – 5th place 

The children were excellent when performing their field events, and we are looking forward to receiving the final results.

House Point Totals are: Saturn 50, Jupiter 40, Mercury 38 and Neptune 22

  • Reception - Roman McInnes
  • Year 1 - Eesa Ghalib
  • Year 2 - Haydar Shazad
  • Year 3 - Maria Hussain
  • Year 4 - Camilla Zebedee-Howard

  • Year 6 - Peter Ayal-Mullock
