Rochdale Youth Festival of Performing Arts – Fri 23, Sat 24 & Sun 25, Rochdale Town Hall, 9am – 8pm

2018 is the 56th year of the Rochdale Youth Festival of Performing Arts, open to anyone who wants to showcase their talents. There are 21 sections within the festival covering all aspects of music, dance, drama and poetry. Each section has multiple classes.

Cilla & The Shades of the 60’s – Heywood Civic Centre, 7pm – 9.30pm

An unforgettable show that journeys its way through Cilla’s life and brings audiences to their feet in celebration. Relive the 60s in style and come to see the girl power show that is delighting audiences all over the UK.

Chocolate Bingo Charity Night – Littleborough Rugby Club, 7pm – 9.30pm

Raising money for the Brain and Spine Foundation, there will be 10 games of chocolate bingo.

Greater Manchester Walking Week: Syke Circular – Meet at Syke Methodist Church Chapel, 1pm

A walk from Syke chapel around the Syke area of Rochdale. Walking opportunities in Lobden, Whitworth and Brown Wardle Hill. Two walks available for different levels of ability.

Live Band: Chasing Crows – Empire Rochdale, 6pm – 4am

This 4-piece Brit pop tribute band perform songs from artists like Oasis, Verve, Happy Mondays and the Stone Roses plus many more.

Live Band: Feel Good Inc – The Flying Horse Hotel, band on at 10pm

Playing a range of hits from Soul, Funk, Punk, Pop, Rock, Ska and Mod, Feel Good Inc is a professional live entertainment band, made up of numerous chaps and chapesses.
