Well attended Women’s Wellbeing session

Date published: 07 September 2018

A well attended Women’s Wellbeing session too place on Wednesday at The Centre of Wellbeing, Training & Culture (CWTC) as part of their ongoing Wellbeing Café programme (part of ‘Supporting People with Dementia’).

The session included a talk from Doctor Saeed on how people can help manage their own health conditions and live a healthier lifestyle in the process.

Mohammed Sarwar (CEO of CWTC) said: “I am delighted that people from the South-Asian community are using our services to help improve their lifestyle.

“This has been very much due to CWTC working in partnership with services, to plan and produce translated materials and resources to help maximize learning for our service users.”
