Beech House School have made the following school appointments for this academic year:

  • Saturn – Ellie Jenkinson

Skier, Daisi Daniels, who left the school in July is now on the GB National FIS Team 2018.

In July she travelled to South Africa for her first FIS races, and came home with two bronze and one silver.

After the first FIS published list Daisi started with 999 points. She has now brought her Slalom down to 80.07 points, placing her third for her year of birth globally.

After only being home for one week she headed out to Australia and putting in some good races before crossing over to New Zealand for even more races.

The results of these races now placed her first in the world in Slalom for her year of birth (2002s) with 66.11 points.

She will then, on the 19 October, be traveling to Vail, Colorado USA where she has gained a place in the Ski and Snowboard Club Vail, to train alongside some of Americas best, for the season while on a distant learning program from Itchen 6th Form College.
