Danczuk meets young musicians at The Vibe

Date published: 06 September 2016

Rochdale MP Simon Danczuk said he believes there are “no limits” to the potential of talented young musicians from Rochdale.

His comments came after meeting the new band “No Limits”, a group of four enthusiastic young performers aged 14 to 30 who are hoping to take the music world by storm.

The group visited Danczuk’s office in St Mary’s Gate and treated him to an exclusive preview of their upcoming debut single “Come Together”.

The band, who perform tracks written by Rochdale songwriter Patience Moloku, regularly rehearse at the Vibe Youth Music Project in Drake Street.

Danczuk said: “It was great to meet so many enthusiastic young musicians from Rochdale and it was a real pleasure to talk to them about their music and hear their debut song.

“Venues like The Vibe are so important when it comes to inspiring young people and nurturing their talent.

“I’d encourage all young people in Rochdale to get creative and take advantage of the many great opportunities to get involved with the arts.”
