Attempted robbery on Yorkshire Street

Police were called at around 8.10pm on Tuesday 18 October 2016 to a report of a robbery at Santander bank on Yorkshire Street, Rochdale.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: “An attempted robbery was made from the cash in transit van."
Anyone with information should contact police on 101 quoting reference number 2048 of 18/10/16 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.”
