Ambulance Service request calls be for life threatening emergencies only

Due to the incident in Manchester, North West Ambulance Service is asking calls be for life threatening emergencies only at this time.
The North West Ambulance Service has taken 59 casualties from the Manchester Arena incident to various hospitals and treated a number of walking wounded on scene.
In total 60 NWAS ambulances attended the incident in Manchester yesterday evening.
