A58, Rochdale Road East, Heywood, closed both directions
The A58 Rochdale Road East in Heywood is closed in both directions close to All Souls Church and Crimble Lane this afternoon, Tuesday 20 June.
Local residents are reporting that fire, ambulance and police are all at the incident and that 'a car has flipped on it's roof and the road is closed’.
Police are directing traffic.
