Good ranking for Rochdale Boroughwide Housing in landlord poll

Date published: 17 July 2017

Local mutual housing society Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH) has been awarded 14th place in this year’s list of top 50 social landlords.

RBH were shortlisted and ranked by an expert panel organised by 24housing magazine, which placed RBH in the top 15 landlords for the third time in four years.

Gareth Swarbrick, RBH Chief Executive, said: "We’re really pleased to once again rank highly in this prestigious national list, and we are very grateful to those who nominated us and to the 24housing magazine panel.

"This is deserved recognition for our members, tenants and employees and shows that we are well placed to continue to provide high-quality services and to face the challenges that lie ahead.”

RBH is one of five mutual housing associations featured in this year's list, which also includes Community Gateway (Preston - ranked second), Phoenix Community Housing (London - seventh), Greenfields Community Housing (Braintree - 13th) and Merthyr Valleys Homes (26th).
