Littleborough Rushbearing Festival 2017

Saturday 22 July: 11.00am – 5.00pm Rushbearing parade from the King Bill to St Barnabas, into Littleborough and the Festival in Hare Hill Park.

Sunday 23 July: 10.00am – 6.00pm Rushbearing Parade starts with dancing at Wine Press, then parading to the festival in the Square in Littleborough

Fronted by Chris Haigh of Jager Maestro's fame, Milnrow Band (plus friends) are hosting a Bavarian Oompah evening to raise funds to get them to Finals of the National Brass Band Championships at the Royal Albert Hall, London in October.

Celebration Family Fun Day 12.00pm – 3.00pm and Rochdale AFC v Middlesbrough, 3.00pm, Crown Oil Arena 

Activities include penalty shoot-outs on the 5-a-side pitch, children’s rides, candy floss, popcorn, face painting, balloons and more! Rochdale’s cheeky mascot, Desmond the Dragon, will also be in attendance.

Middleton Round Table and Middleton Township celebrate the 25th anniversary of Middleton Festival (Middfest 17). Headlining the event will be The Stannage International Motorbike Stunt Team.
