Christopher Bamford and Stephen Hartley fined for driving offences

Christopher Bamford (21/11/1984), of Quinton, Lower Falinge, Rochdale, has been found guilty of driving without due care and attention after appearing at Burnley Magistrates’ Court on 30 November.

He was fined £180 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £50 in costs. He also received eight points on his driving licence for the offence, which took place on 15 March this year.

Stephen Hartley (27/05/1968), of Hill Top Drive, Rochdale, has been found guilty in his absence by Burnley Magistrates’ Court for using a car without insurance on 13 October 2016.

He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and £85 in costs. He also received six points on his driving licence.
