The van under the bridge on New Barn Lane
A van got stuck under a railway bridge in Rochdale on Thursday (12 July).
The van was released by fire crews, who were called to the scene on New Barn Lane in Rochdale at around 2.30pm.
A height restriction sign on the arch shows the maximum vehicle height is 8 ft 9in.
Closures were in place whilst crews removed the vehicle, and the road was reopened by 3.15pm.
