Rochdale vintage, classic, collectors' car and motorcycle show

The sun shone brightly as thousands of enthusiasts descended on Rakewood, Littleborough for the 2018 Rochdale vintage, classic, collectors' car and motorcycle show on Sunday (15 July).

There were hundreds of vehicles on display (see photos and list below), and lots of family attractions and entertainment, including birds of prey, static and flying display, dog agility and obedience display, jazz and swing band, Matchstickmen musical group, and the Littleborough Sing Choir. Tracey Ray School dancers and cheerleaders, face painting, hook-a-duck, zebracorn, children’s crafts and slime making, bouncy slide, tea cup ride, swing boats, trampolines, lucky dips and a wide variety of craft and trade stalls.

The event was organised by the Rotary Club of Rochdale and all profits go to Rochdale Heartbeat and Springhill Hospice.

Ann Stott, Rotary Past President, said: “We have more vehicles on display this year and a wider variety of entertainment.
