A group of women who access domestic violence and abuse services at local Charity Rochdale Connections Trust (RCT) were asked for their response to pieces of art which depict violence and abuse against women and with the help of Sean Lovell, a creative producer, who produced a poignant video.
Charlie Thomas, from RCT, wrote and performed the backing track to the video, which is entitled 'Addicted' and was asked to perform at the preview event.
Bev Place, of Rochdale Connections Trust, said: “We are extremely proud of the time and commitment our ladies put into making this project so successful and their desire to share their stories to help raise awareness around the traumatic issue of domestic violence and abuse against women.”
