Spiritual Extravaganza: Mind, Body & Spirit Fayre – Norton Grange Hotel, Sat 13 & Sun 14 Oct, 10am – 5pm
Plenty to explore with exhibitors offering all types of therapies, healing and retail stands with Psychics, Mediums and numerology readers. Talks and demonstrations throughout.
WAMDS present Avenue Q – The Curtain Theatre, Fri 12 & Sat 13 Oct, shows start 7.30pm
R-Rated puppet show telling the timeless story of a recent college graduate trying to find his way in the world.
Oktoberfest Fundraiser – Middleton Cricket Club, Fri 12 & Sat 13 Oct, 4pm – late
Oompah band, special beers, fancy dress competition and a guaranteed fun time for all.

Voices For All Colour Yourself Calm – Brentwood Day Centre, 10am – 12pm
Fun support group to help with the stress of day to day life.
Care and Carers’ Fair – The Lighthouse Project, Middleton, 11am – 3pm
A chance to see many service providers all in one space. Ask your question, find out what care services are available and what the costs are.
Spiritual Extravaganza: Medley of Mediums – Norton Grange Hotel, doors 7pm
An evening of clairvoyance with 3 fantastic mediums, providing messages from your loved ones and lots of laughter.
Soul at the BBC – Bamford Bowling Club, 7.30pm
With guest DJ Lester Wardle.
An Evening with Lee Sharpe and more – Rochdale Cricket Club, 7pm
Evening with former Manchester United and England footballer Lee Sharpe, brilliant comedian and impressionist Mike Maguire and Gary Rowntree as host. Plus an auction.
Soul Revolution – Brickcroft Social Club, 7.30pm
12 piece band live on stage playing non-stop soul plus a disco.
Live Music: Groove Encounters – The Flying Horse, live from 10pm
Grooved up Funk and funked up Pop this Friday.
Live Music: BHG Rock Machine (Rock Night with 3 Live Rock Bands) – Empire Rochdale, 6pm – 4am
Featuring Tomorrow is Lost, Tantrum and The Sour Heads.

Rochdale Sixth Form College Open Day – 10am – 2pm

Coffee Morning – Smithy Bridge Methodist Church, 10.30am – 12noon
In aid of Guide Dogs, there will be cakes and crafts and puppies in training!
Heywood Model Railway Group Open Day – 10am – 4pm
Come to our open day where you can stretch the legs of your locos.
Story Telling – Falinge Park, 11am – 12noon
Free books available for children under 8 years old to improve ability and encourage more enjoyable reading.
Don’t Miss This Lunchtime Organ Concert – Rochdale Town Hall, 12noon
Renowned organist Gordon Stewart makes a welcome return, guaranteeing a lively concert in the most splendid surroundings.
Rochdale AFC v Doncaster Rovers – Crown Oil Arena, 3pm kick off
Sky Bet League One match.
Lancashire Night – St Thomas Church, 6.30pm
A reet good Lancashire neet with vocal and guitarist group Amiche. Hotpot supper and dessert provided.
Celebration Gospel Choir – New Life Centre Milnrow, 7pm – 9pm
Visiting Rochdale for one night only, this is a ‘must not miss’ event!
Pole 2 Party Showcase – Bo-Jangles Theatre, 7pm
Featuring Blush Dance & Fitness Manchester students and instructors, join us as we party to the sounds of the 80's, 90's and 00's!
Ceili in aid of St John’s Church Heritage Lottery Bid – St Gabriel’s RC Primary School Hall, 7.30pm – 11pm
Attempting to raise £50,000 towards securing the funding to restore the church to its previous state. Fun for all the family.
Comedy Night with Rob Rouse, Eleanor Tiernan + Guests – Rochdale Sports Club, doors 8pm
The laughs will be coming thick and fast at our comedy night with various special guests.
Live Music: Soul City Sounds – The Flying Horse, band live from 10pm
Join us for another night of Soul and Motown!

Holingworth Lake Craft Fair – Hollingworth Lake Visitor Centre, 11.30am – 3.30pm
Lots of stalls selling handmade items and you can have-a-go at activities.
Friends of Bamford Bulb & Daffodil Planting – The Green, opposite Tesco Express, 1pm
Volunteers needed for a bulb planting activity. Contribute to enhancing your local community.
Harvest Heroes – St Peter’s Newbold, 2.30pm
Crafts, treasure hunt, games and a reminder of the harvest heroes from the story of Ruth in the Bible.
Independence Day Concert – Rochdale Ukranian Club, 3pm – 5pm
Autumn concert celebrating the 27th Anniversary of Ukrainian Independence.
Bards of the Baum Folk 'n' Poetry Night – The Baum, 7.30pm
All are welcome to either read, play, sing or simply make up the audience. Your own or others' works both acceptable.
