Children at Fisherfield Childcare celebrate superheroes

Fisherfield Childcare in Bamford held a superhero themed day when children returned

Bamford's Fisherfield Childcare was happy to welcome back children and parents last week following the recent partial government closure of nurseries.

The children at the Bagslate Moor Nursery were keen to celebrate the local superheroes who have helped the community through the recent pandemic; sending special thank-you letters for the key workers that visit the nursery and taking part in a superhero themed day at the 'Outstanding' rated nursery.

The children also took part in many activities including saving heroes from a crumbling city, breakfast in Batman's cave, designing their own superhero costumes and practicing their own special superpowers, before a story time with the Evil Pea from Super-Tato.
