A man's body has been discovered in Healey Dell today (Tuesday 30 March).
Police were called to Dell Road in Whitworth at around 10.30am on Tuesday 30 March, to reports of a body being found.
The police, the fire service and paramedics from the North West Ambulance Service attended, and sadly the body of a man was recovered. The death is not being treated as suspicious at this time.
Enquiries are ongoing.
