A 20-year-old man from Milnrow has been disqualified from driving for four years.
Following an investigation by the Rochdale Neighbourhood Task Force, Dylan Spencer has been sentenced to 20 months imprisonment and disqualified from driving for four years for causing serious injury by dangerous driving, taking a vehicle without consent, making off without payment and other driving offences.
Spencer was arrested following a serious collision on Sunday 10 April on the junction with Grimshaw Lane and Oldham Road, Middleton.
