Manchester Road was closed in both directions at the junction with Edinburgh Way & Roch Valley Way
Emergency services rushed to a major road junction last night (Tuesday 3 December) after reports of a serious collision between multiple vehicles.
Manchester Road was closed in both directions at the junction with Edinburgh Way & Roch Valley Way.
Rochdale Online understands at least one car was overturned and seriously damaged.
It is not yet known what injuries were obtained by the drivers and passengers.
Greater Manchester Police has been approached for comment.
