Hollingworth Lake Sailing Club House
There was more than usual activity at the Lake on Sunday 6 May as Hollingworth Lake Sailing Club was offering Try Sailing for much of the day as part of a national scheme.
The summer conditions were ideal in most respects with a fresh breeze and glorious warmth and many took up the opportunity and booked to join courses.
For club racers in the afternoon, the wind direction was shifting and varying in strength.
Martin Brennan, sailing a Solo, has the expertise to find the best line of wind to lead.
