Football: Joe Rafferty moves to Preston North End

Dale defender Joe Rafferty has completed a move to Championship side Preston North End.
The 25-year-old has joined the Lilywhites for an undisclosed fee, leaving Rochdale after six-and-a-half years.
Rafferty joined Dale in the summer of 2012 from Liverpool. Since his arrival at the Crown Oil Arena, he has gone on to make over 250 appearances.
A spokesperson for Rochdale AFC thanks Joe for his contribution and commitment to over the years and wishes him the very best of luck in his new challenge.
