Rochdale Hornets have made their first signing for 2020 as Jordan Syme joins from Championship club, Halifax.
Syme ended the 2019 campaign on loan at Hornets, having also enjoyed a loan spell in 2018.
Having spent a number of years at Halifax, the utility forward developed in the successful reserve grade at the Shay before going on to feature a hand full of times in first grade.
Syme, 22, hopes his move across the Pennines will allow him valuable game time as he continues to develop.
Jordan said: “I’m excited for a new challenge and looking forward to getting started and getting regular game time with a new club.”
