Local Election 2015

Jacqueline Beswick

Jacqueline Beswick

Labour Party
West Heywood Ward

As you know, polling day for the local Council elections will be on May the 7th and combined with the general election where you also get the opportunity to vote for your MP to represent you in Parliament.

I have been proud to represent the residents of West Heywood for the past 16 years and hope I can count on your continued support.

Born and bred in Heywood and reside in my ward, I attended Bamford Road Primary School and Sutherland Road High School and worked at SEI for 17 years.

My priorities have always been to work hard for the residents of Heywood.

Despite Government cuts, locally Labour has budgeted wisely to keep all our libraries, Surestart Centres and community centres open, we have put an extra £10 million into resurfacing roads and an extra quarter of a million into our Clean & Green Team to clean up grot spots and keep our town tidy.

A vote for anything but Labour could let UKIP in and West Heywood cannot afford that.
That’s why I’m asking you to make sure you take time to vote Labour on the 7th May
