Smallbridge & Firgrove Ward
Local champion Dean Larder has been selected by Rochdale Liberal Democrats to fight for the Smallbridge and Firgrove ward in May. Known to many for his local campaigns for local safety improvements, Dean has the experience and skills to bring about real change in the ward.
"For too long Labour has simply taken the people of Smallbridge & Firgrove for granted. One thing I’ve discovered by knocking on doors in the area, is that most people do not know who their local Labour Councillor is.
"That needs to change. There are dozens of issues that people have brought to my attention that are simply being ignored.

Dean also has pledged to hold regular surgeries in the ward, keep people up to date through regular leaflets, carry out street visits and keep you updated through Facebook. Furthermore Dean has also vowed not to become a 'town hall politician' but stay FOCUS-ed on his ward where he is needed.
