Rochdale And District Amateur Radio Society (RADARS) has been in existence in its present form since 1990 and is affiliated to the Radio Society of Great Britain.
The club is open on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month from 7.30pm until about 9.30pm

New members are welcome to visit before joining for a chat. Membership for 2024 will be £10. There is no additional room charge.
RADARS recently made a donation to Rochdale's Spring Hill Hospice of £3,000 accumulated from several rallies over the years. Thank you to all our supporters, without whom it wouldn't have been possible.
RADIO RALLY ANNOUNCEMENT – SATURDAY June 15 2024
The Rochdale & District Amateur Radio Summer Rally will take place on SATURDAY 15th of June 2024 in the St Vincent de Paul’s Hall, Norden, Rochdale, OL12 7QR. Doors open at 10am with entry still only £3. Usual Traders and caterers. Plenty of free parking.
