Our Team
Our Coaching Team is led by the Club Chairman, Warren Schofield, 7th Dan. Behind every successful Club is a dedicated Coaching Team and Rochdale Judo Club is no exception – the Seniors section is headed up by Warren Schofield (Club Chairman, 7th Dan) Dave Duffy (Club Secretary, 6th Dan) and Sean Nuttall (6th Dan). Maurice Clarke (Club President, 5th Dan) and Brian Stafford (1st Dan) assist alongside the Seniors Coaching Team.
We also have Debbie Schofield 4th Dan Jiu-Jitsu and 1st Dan Level 1 Coach, Frank Chatburn 2nd Dan Level 1 Coach assisting within the Juniors Section. The Juniors section is led by ex Primary School Headteacher Eddie Thomas 4th Dan
A recent and very welcome addition to our Team, is Sean Nuttall 6th Dan. Sean, who has vast experience in Judo, is active in all sessions with a view to introducing regular Kata tuition for the whole Club: Seniors and Juniors. He has taken over the Monday senior session and has big plans for that evening!
