As you have probably realised, we have now had the final Wednesday and Thursday sessions for 2014. The next sessions will be 7th (8-9pm at Rochdale) and 8th January (7.30 – 9.00pm at Oulder Hill) 2015.
However there are still Monday sessions on 22nd, 29th December and 5Th January at Manchester Aquatics Centre, Booth Street, just off Oxford Road, 9:00pm to 10:00pm. These sessions are open to Year 7s and above.
It has been a great year, the under 12 and under 14 teams did fantastically well at the Nationals, and have the medals to prove it.
Zach was selected for the GB Under 19s and competed in Newport in an International tournament and gained some great experience in a fantastic week.
The next tournament is a Regional Tournament in Newport, in January, and 7 Rochdale players have said they want to compete. There is also an under 14s club tournament in Batley on the 14th of February; please let me know if you are interested to play in this.
We are still looking for more new players , particularly Years 4, 5 and 6, but everyone is welcome. Please invite friends, family, or kidnap your neighbours and bring them down. Anyone who recruits 3 new members who join the club next year can have a free pair of bats, a mask or a club hoodie.
