Citizen Awards 2016

Nominations for the 2016 Rotary’s Citizen of the Year and the Young Citizen Awards, for anyone aged between 6 and 18 years old, are now open and nominations are open.

The Rotary Club of Middleton committee will examine the nominations and decide who will be invited to a ceremony where the overall winner is decided.

Chair of the Youth and Vocational Committee said: “We are looking for people and young people who have gone above and beyond. People such as young carers, people who do charity work or people who do work for good causes.”

“We look at the criteria on the nomination form to decide on the overall winner but everyone who attends will receive a certificate.”
