Intro
The Spotland Estate Tenants and Residents Association (SETRA) aims to improve the area for the benefit of everyone living there.
The committee meet on the last Monday of the month in Spotland Library at 5.45 pm members are welcomed to visit these meetings to suggest improvements, help organise events or simply learn what's happening in the area.
We have a 'Clean and Green' team that carry out regular litter picks and also get involved with improving our green spaces. In particular we have worked to convert the fly tipped, rubbish strewn area of Stoney Hill into a thriving community wildlife area. The group has regular work days as well as working alongside the Rochdale Green Volunteers once a month.
We are always looking for people to join us to help make Spotland the best estate in Rochdale!
