Action Plan Agreed at EGM
EGM ACTION PLAN AGREED
At Tuesday’s (3rd April) Extraordinary General Meeting the future for the club and the Action Plan was explained by David Yates, from Club Co, and agreed by all present.
It was agreed that the following would assist the continuing recovery:-
A ‘100 CLUB’ LOTTERY to be formed (see notice board or website soon for details).
AN ENTERTAINMENT SUB COMMITTEE to be formed to assist the committee organize and help with special functions.
A FRIENDS OF WOOLIES CLUB group be formed by volunteer members who have skills which can be used to improve the clubs appearance, inside and outside, Painting, small repairs etc, and to administer the 100 Club Lottery.
COMMUNICATIONS WITH MEMBERS to be improved using E-mail Newsletters, to assist in this members are asked to use the ‘contact us’ feature below to express their interest in helping with the above or receiving the Newsletters.
The committee thank all members and visitors for their continuing support for Our Club, with your involvement the future will be secured.
