Rochdale & District Mind

Groups & Services

We offer a wide range of services, sessions and activities, from arts & craft wellbeing sessions to advocacy and dementia support. All our services are reviewed regularly and designed to meet the wants and needs of our local community.

For access to our services you can self refer, or be referred by a supporting professional, anytime you feel you are experiencing mental distress and would like support. From there, we will contact you to attend a one-to-one welcome session. This is a relaxed, informal session to explain who we are, what we do, and which of our groups or activities could suit you.

What happens next?

We will ask for some personal details so we can contact you, and also for some information on how you are feeling. This is to make sure you are attending the best groups and activities to help you on the road to recovery. We will also run through our code of conduct and GDPR policies.

You can book a Welcome one-to-one session by:
