Rochdale Antiques Society

Aims and Objectives

Rochdale Antiques Society aims:

'To stimulate interest and appreciation of antiques and other works of art.'

We hold 9 meetings each year and welcome new members and visitors.  The society is governed by a constitution.

We are a not for profit community organisation.   Each year the members of the society elect a committee.   All officers of the society are volunteers.   Any funds raised are used in the running and development of the society.  The society does not trade in antiques and does not provide valuations.

In 2018 Rochdale Antiques Society will be celebrating it's 50th anniversary.

The gavel is used to signify the opening and closing of meetings, it lists all presidents of the society since 1970.
