Our speaker will be bringing examples of caddy spoons used since Georgian times. He will be delighted to advise on caddy spoons brought to the meeting.

Fine soft-paste porcelain produced from 1775-1799 in Shropshire, now much prized and collected.

The history and symbolism of Church Stained Glass – Andrea Sarginson.
Beautiful images of colourful stained glass including seasonal references, and an overview of the development of stained glass from the 700's to the present.

The ‘Big Ditch’: the building of the Manchester Ship Canal from Victorian glass slides – Judith Atkinson.
The story of how the canal was built using images from original glass slides taken at the time.

Edgar Wood: Arts and Crafts architect, furniture designer and artist – David Morris.
Edgar Wood is regarded by many as the most ambitious architect of this period. Hear about his life, and his buildings in Middleton and surronding areas.

'A nostalic look at post war-design, print and pattern in household wares'
This will be a special event to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Rochdale Antiques Society.
Will Farmer has been appearing on the BBC Antiques Roadshow since 2004.
