Purchase Ledger - Invoice Processing Assistant - Temporary until at least Christmas 

Our Client is looking to appoint 2 immediate start Accounts / Invoice Processing Assistants to join their team during a time of increased workload on the run up to Christmas - this is an excellent opportunity for immediately available candidates to get into work quickly and start earning money! 

You must be on the ball and be a quick learner - they need someone to hit the ground running in this assignment 

The client offers an excellent working environment, free onsite parking and attractive working hours including 1pm Friday finish! 

The role will include the following; 

  • Daily processing of high volume Invoices
  • Working across a range of Client systems 
  • Prompt management of issues relating to Invoices 
  • Extensive Query management and resolutions - working with Internal and External contacts
  • Set up of new Supplier details - maintaining accurate Database
  • Work closely with other departments and Teams to meet deadlines and Service Level Agreements
  • Ad hoc duties as required to assist across the team

You must be available immediately and be prepared to complete a work trial (rather than an interview)
