RMC Business Services Limited is relocating to Greengate in Middleton; the business is looking for an eager Apprentice who wants a career with this highly dynamic business.

RMC Business Services Limited is the 'administration office' to a number of businesses within sectors such as: Medical, Construction, Financial, Commercial/Residential real estate, IT plus more.  So whether it’s simply taking a phone call, making an appointment, booking a flight, or co-ordinating and overseeing an £80K shipment to ensure its arrival from China to Cyprus, we are the catalyst that ensures the smooth running of all our clients operations.

To support and oversee the effective flow of information for upwards of 17 clients within various sectors, taking telephone calls and fielding these to other members of staff.  To act as a personal telephonist to each client by organising phone calls and anticipating requirements of the client and ensuring their needs are met. 

Duties will include:

  • Operating a busy switchboard and liaising with a variety of clients on a daily basis.
  • Taking telephone calls in a professional manner and directing the call appropriately.
  • Making appointments where necessary.
  • Organising the admin activities with colleagues that facilitate the smooth running of the office ensuring the office runs efficiently.
  • Liaising with clients on a daily basis and sub contractors.
  • Dealing with emails daily.
  • Resolving complaints on the telephone.
  • Have access to amend and update various client websites.
  • Any other administrative tasks as and when required.

    With full training and an in house mentor, you will be supported every step of the way.

Desired qualifications

GCSE Maths and English Grade A*-C  (4-9 grade)

Experience is desirable, but not essential. A good work ethic with confident personality is essential.
