Our Client who is a Global leding retailer is looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator for their Shared Service Centre.

You will work as part of a large team and be reponsible for the provison of a payroll service for c3500 Employees across 27 payrolls and 5 offshore payrolls.

To be successful in this role you will need solid experience working across multipple payrolls and have strong knowledge of Payroll processes and procedures including up to date statutory and legislative regulations in relation to Payroll such as TAX, NI, Maternity etc .

Responsibilities include:

  • Process, administer and input information for all aspects of the Payroll cycles up, including costing files
  • Ensure Payroll data is accurate and maintained in accordance with proccesses and procedures
  • Collate and load absence data to ensure statutory payments are made and recorded

You will need a positive and pro-active approach to Customer Service with excellent interpersonal skills. You will need to have strong organisational skills as you will work to daily deadlines inline with Company policies.
