My Client is currently looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to join their busy and demanding Financial Services department 

You will provide hands on Administration support by taking responsibility for and completing Administration tasks as follows;

  • Managing Inbound emails - ensuring they are actioned and responded to within required timescales 
  • Review documents to ensure timely completion of Payments to Clients 
  • Issue and record Payment settlements, Interest breakdowns and Clearance letters
  • Verifying original documents including Passport, Driving License, Bank Statements etc 
  • Providing Quotations and logging all details on the database 
  • General Admin duties including filing, scanning and general Data Entry 

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and successful business at a time of continued growth 

Working Monday - Friday hours between 8am - 6pm. The Client offers onsite parking and an excellent, modern working environment
