My client is currently looking to recruit an outgoing and confident person to join their very successful and well-established business due to a continued increase in workload in their Reservations / Customer Service team 

The main purpose of the role is to accurately manage and process bookings and reservations and handle all enquiries relating to services on offer. You must be able to cope under pressure - this is an extremely busy team! NO SALES is involved in this role - 85% of their bookings made are through repeat business! 

A typical day in this role will include;

  • Processing bookings via telephone, online and email 
  • Dealing with the full booking procedure - processing payments, sending booking confirmations and basic Invoicing
  • Liaising with 3rd Party contacts / companies on behalf of the Customer to organise various elements of the booking 
  • Preparing final itinerary details for customers 
  • Liaising with Accounts department regarding payments made / outstanding
  • Collating information for various reporting purposes 
  • Ensuring all records are kept updated and accurate
  • Involvement with special projects or other areas of the department / business as required
