Revilo Life was set up by Jemma Holden who wanted to demystify the world of insurance and ensure the delivery of fair, transparent impartial advice.

The key purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Protection team, Department Manager and Director.

Vacancy description

 

You will be responsible for the production of new business & renewal reports, broking support, insurer negotiation & system update.

You will have a key role in the management of the Individual portfolio. From preparing quote documentation and trust deeds to processing.

You will also be assisting the department with various administrative tasks including the processing of GAP, Smart and other department insurances.

The role will require a team-minded individual with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment, adapting to the requirement of Business Development Executives, Department Manager & Director. Being able to manage your own time is imperative in a role of this type.

Full training will be provided.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide a support function for the Business Development Executives, Department Manager & Director
  • Taking an active role in the management of an existing portfolio. Concentrating on growth in the form of retention & new business
  • Meet & maintain the departments Service Level Agreements with regards to turnaround of correspondence and be able to re-prioritise where and when necessary
  • Make recommendations for new initiatives, ideas & strategies to the HOD
  • Promote the Revilo brand to insurers & customers alike, through exemplary service & professional approach
  • Maintain & continue your own personal development with the assistance of the Department Manager & HOD
