Sales Order Processor / Customer Service

You will work as part of a fast-paced Customer Service team dealing with enquiries and Orders from Customers – including retailers and Consumers by phone, email and online.

Duties will include:

  • Processing of Customer Orders via telephone and email
  • Manage orders on several despatch and mail order accounts – this includes accuracy of processing Customer orders and management of the Customer portal
  • Resolution of delivery. invoice queries – liaising with warehouse and relevant carriers and haulers
  • Manage Support tickets to ensure timely response to Customer queries
  • Updating reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Respond to new initiatives and processes that are brought into practice and make sure hey become part of the Customer Service delivery
  • Identify and manage complaints and work towards a fair outcome
  • Answer queries confidently using training materials provided

To be considered for this role you will need to have previous Sales Order Processing experience and be confident with Customer Service.

You will need to be a confident communicator, be self-motivated and be confident in making your own decisions
