Production Administrator

Salary: £22k-£24k + Benefits Per Year

Full Time
Location: Oldham
Hours: 37 hours per week

Do you have excellent administration, customer service and communication skills?  Do you have experience working in a production manufacturing environment?

This opportunity offers a diverse range of duties and would suit candidates that require a varied working day and can adapt to new duties with ease.

The Job Role

  • Inputting / processing new sales orders
  • Liaising with customers and solving queries quickly and effectively
  • Organising shipments to customers (UK & Overseas) and Engineers
  • Arranging deliveries for drivers
  • Completion of route cards
  • Book hotel and travel arrangement for members of the team
  • Stock ordering
  • General office duties

About You:

  • Flexible approach to working duties
  • Candidates must have a proven administrative working background
  • Good PC skills and proficient in Microsoft office products.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to listen effectively
  • Export documentation experience useful but not essential
  • Experience of knowledge of planning an advantage
  • An excellent team player
  • Quick learner
