RBH has a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focussed individual who has an awareness of welfare benefits to change the lives of RBH tenants by providing them with advice and support regarding United Utilities Affordability Schemes and general low level debt and welfare benefit advice.
You will support RBH tenants by making verbal and written applications to United Utilities on their behalf, making welfare benefits and debt referrals to relevant parties, and providing low level debt, welfare and money advice to help tenants to address debt and manage their income effectively.
You will be confident in both written and verbal communication, liaising with RBH tenants, internal colleagues and external organisations daily. You will also be highly organised and proficient with IT systems, enabling you to provide general administrative support.

The role is currently fixed term until 31st March 2023 and full time (36 ¼ hours per week) in accordance with smart working and service requirements. Work may be home, office and field-based - flexibility is required.
