We have an exciting new opportunity as a Customer Service Manager located in the Rochdale area for a well-established supplier with customers worldwide. As a Customer Service Manager you are responsible for leading a small Customer Service team, ensuring that as a team that the level of Customer Service is maintained at high standard at all times. Whilst leading and supporting the team, developing and training to ensure the business needs are met.
