Location: Summit MOT Service Station, Heywood, OL10 4RF
Hours: 35 hours per week
We are looking for a friendly, professional person who will be working in a customer facing role, they need to have excellent customer service skills both in person and on the telephone.
The job role consists of greeting customers within a busy MOT & Service station, answering the phone, making bookings, co-ordinating & managing online bookings, working with suppliers & the workshop engineers & ordering parts. Invoicing & general administration duties.
The applicant will also be working with our trade customers and co-ordinating and managing their bookings and invoicing.
